<ILOVEJAHKOB> [20:10:44] This computer was having issues loading the program, so I disabled my webroot virus protection and reinstalled using the repair function and then it redownloaded the updates and image files

<Elystus> [20:17:44] from my testing, it seems that some files are left behind.
<Elystus> [20:18:04] So delete the game from the control panel, then delete the left over files in the appdata folder
